What’s The Value of an Estate Plan?

Justin Scott Fish is the founder of Justin Fish Legal, P.C., an estate planning and elder law firm serving Colorado Springs and Woodland Park, Colorado. He earned his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law and began his legal career in San Francisco after passing the California Bar Exam, spending nearly a decade practicing law there, including representing clients in asbestos litigation. Fish later returned to Colorado, where he spent three years with a local estate planning firm before founding his own practice. Today, he focuses his practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, special needs planning, elder law and Medicaid planning, and business planning.
